In the summer of 2021, we had our first FitSparkles Retreat at the De Veres Beaumont Estate in Windsor, England.
It was a fun-filled weekend with a pyjama party and story telling, health and wellbeing seminar, sparkling dinner and dance and a Sunday afternoon tea party and boat ride on The River Thames.
